Navy Will Let Phil Stacey Tour

First Paris Hilton got a much lighter sentence than she deserved, and now the Navy is allowing Phil Stacey to go on the American Idols Live tour for two and a half months. He will join Haley Scarnato, Sanjaya Malakar, Melinda Doolittle, Lakisha Jones, Blake Lewis, Gina Glocksen, Chris Richardson, Chris Sligh and Jordin Sparks for the tour starting July 6 in Sunrise, FL, and ending on September 22 in Manchester, NH. Being famous sure has its perks.
