Dina Lohan can’t seem to avoid bad press lately. First we find out that the whole Rockette thing was a complete crock. Now, she’s decided not to show up for a court hearing. She ditched a Long Island hearing yesterday with estranged husband, Michael, who’s seeking visitation rights to the other two Lohan kids, Ali and Dakota.
When the judge asked her lawyer where Dina was, attorney Warren Quaid explained that she was getting ready to go to California to visit Lindsay in rehab. The judge proceeded to order Dina to all future hearings, the next being June 25th, after family members are interviewed by a court-appointed psychologist.
It’s funny how it took Dina ten days to visit Lindsay in rehab, and that was the exact time she was supposed to be in court.
Note to Dina: The black Oprah would not miss a court date.
