Ty Pennington Arrested

The host of the feel-good reality show Extreme Makeover: Home Edition was taken into police custody during the early hours of May the 5th. It seems Ty Pennington was driving while intoxicated when pulled over. Though he was released on bail, the celebrity carpenter and Sears spokesman will face DUI charges in court early next month.
