Not at all surprising, one participant in the heated View debate is acting like everything is super, while the other one is using words like “sad” and “shock”. It doesn’t take too much brain power to realize that “sweet, little Elizabeth” wants us to believe that she and Rosie have mended their friendship and are still speaking. Ms. O’Donnell on the other hand, seems to be seriously considering whether going back to the show for the remaining three weeks that is left on her contract is what she really wants to do. When Ro’s fans on her blog inquired when she would return to the gab-feat, she responded with “no idea”, and later wrote “well u know when it is time 2 go” after another viewer encouraged her to walk away early.

So, Rosie is distraught and Elizabeth is just humming a happy tune, hoping everyone will forget that the argument wasn’t really about politics, and focused more on what kind of friend she is. Personally, I’m with Rosie on this one: Hasselbeck clearly hurt her co-host’s feeling, but was too concerned with sounding “informed” and “intelligent” to care. The only shocking thing about this whole debacle? Donald Trump says he sides with Rosie, saying only an “imbecile” could “justify the war in Iraq”. Elizabeth = imbecile? I like it.
