With the most prominent party duo taking mandatory timeouts from their notorious schedules, you have to wonder who will fill their Jimmy Choos while Paris And Lindsay are stuck in jail and rehab. Nicole Ritchie and Mischa Barton are both looking like they could use a break themselves, so let’s count them out. No, I was thinking of some young ladies the world hasn’t already had forced down their throats, but still fill the requirements of being famous, stylish and perpetually camera ready. What about new BFF’s Hayden Panettiere and Rumer Willis? They both fit the bill, but (hopefully) will show a little more class and restraint than their predecessors.
