Here in America we sometimes take our freedoms for granted. If you want to name your kid Flaming Lips or Black Eye Pea, no one is going to bat an eye. Not so in Sweden. Michael and Karolina Tomaro decided to name their child Metallica, and the tax authority refused to register the name. Although they are fighting it, they haven’t been able to get a passport for her and she wasn’t able to leave Sweden for Christmas or Easter! Who would’ve thought that parents who name their daughter Metallica celebrate Christmas and Easter anyway?
