Melanie Chisholm AKA Sporty Spice is Not Interested in Spice Girls Reunion

Despite all of the rumors about the Spice Girls going back to the studio to make a Christmas single, it may not be happening, at least not yet. Melanie Chisholm, AKA Sporty Spice, says that she doesn’t want to do it because she’s concentrating on her solo career. She told OK magazine,

I don’t want to be a spoilsport, no pun intended, but if the other four do it then I think I’ll be in a dilemma.

“I don’t want to be the person that stops it from being the complete set, but in my heart of hearts it’s not something I want to do.”

Come on, Mel. Be a sport. I’d love to see Victoria singing and strutting her stuff. I really only know her as the stuffy wife of David Beckham who never cracks a smile. I can’t believe there’s a singer beneath all that stone.
