It has been 14 months and lots of drama since Richie Sambora and Heather Locklear filed for divorce, but as of yesterday, they are officially unmarried. Finally, Sambora is free to marry Locklear’s ex-best friend, Denise Richards, and Locklear could marry David Spade, but that’s just silly.
