Paris Hilton Worries that Jail Will Ruin Her Reputation

In the midst of tragedy, it’s refreshing to have a bit of comic relief, and today, Paris Hilton has provided it. The possibility looms that she will have to go to jail because of violating her DUI probation by driving with a suspended license (which she claims she didn’t know was suspended), and she says that this will ruin her life. A source to Britain’s More magazine said,

Paris says if she goes to jail, even for just a day, her life will be over.

She knows she’ll lose a lot of work if she gets a reputation as someone who has done time. Her whole career is based on her image and maintaining a fan base - she has nothing else to rely on. She’s petrified.

She’s the butt of quite a few jokes in Los Angeles these days and she hates it. She’s been crying a lot, especially when she’s been drinking, and is scared that her life is falling apart.

She’s missed two club appearances in the past couple of weeks. People in the industry are taking her less seriously and she doesn’t feel like she’s Hollywood’s Golden Girl any more.

Who is she kidding? Her career is based on her image certainly, but said image is not going to suffer because of jail time. It’s going to flourish! I can’t think of anyone who would benefit more from going to jail. People will love it. It’s makes her all the more skanky. She can do a reality show about it, too. The Simple Life Does Hard Time.
