We told you recently that Brittany Murphy’s new husband, Simon Monjack has a shady reputation and that rumors abound that he only married the actress to acquire a Green Card. Now it has been reported that Ms. Murphy had to buy her own engagement ring. Hmm…loser guy with a questionable past who can’t even afford a decent ring for his beloved? I’ve heard this story before and it doesn’t end well. Maybe Mr. Brittany Murphy should go by the moniker S-Mon?
