What is wrong with Britney? Supposedly, according to a “source” at Star Magazine, Britney was led to believe that K-Fed was taking her back so that she would be encouraged to finish rehab. And when this turned out to be false, according to the source, Britney asked Kevin one more time if he really wanted the split.

“Britney said, ‘Do you really want to do this?’ and Kevin said yes. Britney replied, ‘You’re the biggest mistake I’ve ever made, but thank you for my babies.’ “

I don’t know who this fly-on-the-wall is or if there’s any truth to this, but if Britney had still been counting on getting back with loser K-Fed, she’s more screwed up than I thought. Now she is supposedly dating musician, Howie Day, whom she met in rehab. She needs to stop gravitating towards guys with all these issues and find someone who can provide a firm foundation for her, both emotionally and financially.

This is what the divorce is costing Britney: Reportedly, Kevin will get $13 million. The pre-nup said that he would get $250,000 for every year of marriage, but Britney upped the amount to $500,000 to get things moving. He will receive half of the Malibu mansion, worth about $14.5 million and will receive a whopping $25,000 per month in child support until the kids are 18! He’s supposedly getting the kids for 4 days out of the week. Isn’t it a little strange that the father is getting more time with the kids? Well, at least they will be living well with the $300,00 per year child support. Oh, the insanity!
