Nicole Richie and Mischa Barton were photographed getting groceries yesterday, after which they had a party, and it turned ugly. Barton, former star of OC, was rushed to the hospital for feeling sick, and it’s been reported that she was on antibiotics and got sick after drinking alcohol and having an allergic reaction.
Perez Hilton has another spin on things, though. He says that the incident occurred at Richie’s house (other reports don’t mention this), and Barton was using cocaine and mushrooms at the time she fell ill.
I’m not a doctor, but I’m not sure that antibiotics and alcohol generally cause such a serious problem, unless of course, you’re consuming enough alcohol to make you sick in general. Then it’s simply alcohol poisoning. Regardless, it’s gearing up to be a very active substance-abuse season.

Ok OK we ALL KNOW SHE IS BEAUTIFUL. Enough already.But i reckon Mischa is on a fast track to the bottom.Wholly unable to make the jump from OC’ ville to Major League Movie star due to who knows whatever, Mischa better wake up soon or she is gonna wake up DEAD.
That is not what I want to see because I think she is probably a REALLY nice lady.
