Mike Myers Kicked Out of Yoga

I know, I know, yoga is supposed to be about letting go, but I’m still sometimes filled with anxiety when I’m twisting my body into all of those unnatural positions for fear of pushing air out of my bottom. I’ve heard it happen, and I don’t want to be that person. If you go to class with Austin Powers’ star Mike Myers, you especially don’t want it to happen. He couldn’t contain himself recently when the guy next to him was farting at his favorite yoga class in L.A. He says,

This guy kept farting and I am not very mature… I’m the youngest of three boys and if somebody farts, it’s funny. They were like, ‘We’re not here to laugh..’ but then he did it a second time, louder, and did it a third time and it sounded like a machine gun and I could not stop laughing.”

After the guy said that he “had a bad Chinese” Myers was “floored”.

Those yoga teachers can be awfully stuffy when it comes to their craft, and I would’ve loved to have seen this go down.
