Lindsay Checks In To Promises’ ‘Extended Care’ Program

Don’t you have to be Pete-Doherty messed up to warrant the ‘extended care’ program over at Promises? Well, that’s what Lindsay Lohan is doing right now according to her mother.

The family, presumably without dad Michael, is heading west to celebrate Lindsay’s 21st birthday on July 2, which will be held somewhere off of the Promises property. Who wants to wager a bet that momma Dina is going to allow Lindsay a sip of alcohol to celebrate her legality?
