America’s Got Talent judge David Hasselhoff has gotten custody of his kids despite that drunken video that came out several weeks ago. In fact that was just the icing on the cake in this very ugly custody battle. Throughout the past year, former Baywatch actor, Hasselhoff, has cited claims under oath that ex-wife Pamela Bach often wrongly accused him of having affairs and that she was “intoxicated or on drugs” at their daughter’s birthday party. She even tested positive for cocaine although she claims that David sabotaged the test by using a private lab that he selected. She, in turn, reported that David was abusive and called him a “psycho”. We don’t have to mention the proof that everyone has of his substance abuse problems.

Despite all of this, he emerged from the courtroom victorious today saying that he got primary physical and sole legal custody of his two daughters. Pamela was seen crying in the hallway and overheard as saying, “What am I gonna say? I just lost my kids.”

Those poor kids. If Hasselhoff is the better parent after seeing that video, I feel really bad for them.
