Eddie to Give Up Some DNA
Is today the day that Eddie Murphy will finally have to face the music? Reportedly he’s going to be ordered to a hearing with ex-girlfriend Melanie Brown to determine whether he’s the father of Scary’s kid. The Spice Girl is adamant that he is Angel’s father. In fact, Angel was even born on Eddie’s birthday! What a twist of fate.
I’m officially boycotting all things Eddie if he turns out to be the father. He’s acted very irresponsibly, and I don’t think enough coverage has been given to the situation. Of course that’s also an indication of how irrelevant he is. Fortunately, it won’t be too hard to live without him. I just have to go without anymore Shrek installments and fat-suit/multi-character Eddie classics. It might be hard, but I think I can do it.
