Whitney Houston will finally be rid of deadbeat husband, Bobby Brown, later this month when her divorce is finalized. During a hearing on Wednesday, which Bobby did not attend, Whitney was given custody of daughter, Bobbi Kristina. Whitney told the court that she didn’t need spousal or child support and that Bobbi Kristina could not depend on Brown.

“He’s unreliable,” Houston told the judge. “If he says he’s going to come, sometimes he does. Usually he doesn’t.”

According to the AP, Brown’s attorney, Ram Cogan, said he will seek to overturn the judge’s decision.

Huh? Seek to overturn? He should count his blessings that he doesn’t have to remember to pay child support this time around.
