Could there be a Chaotic: Part II in the works? Lord, no! Rumor has it that Britney Spears and Kevin Federline are considering a reconciliation. They’ve held secret, tearful meetings to discuss their feelings, and a source says that Britney has not been in a better mood as of late because she and K-Fed are “slowly moving towards getting back together.”

Well, at one time I would have poo-pooed the situation, but Britney isn’t setting her sights on anyone better, and K-Fed seems to be a little more responsible since her meltdown. When I think about it, I have to admit that I miss those pictures of trashy Britney and her pseudo-rapper husband together. In some crazy way, it’s just about right.

In other Britney news, The Sun is reporting that Britney has made up with her mom, Lynne Spears. They reportedly met at a Bel Air mansion with Britney’s sister Jamie Lynn and her boyfriend. All parties left in good spirits.

Britney has been upset with her family since they made her go to rehab because she was totally crazy. No word on the status of her relationship with her dad, Jamie. Remember he wrote that letter in the NY Post publicly berating her? That reconciliation may take a little longer.
