Has Britney Spears finally followed through on the rumors of serving her mother Lynne Spears with a restraining order so that she can’t see grandsons, Sean and Jayden Federline?
Britney tracked down her mom using information from a paparazzi camped outside of Britney’s house, and she drove an hour away to Valencia, where Lynne was on the set of Britney’s sister, Jamie Lynn Spears‘, Nickelodeon show Zoey 101. Britney had the poor kids in tow to give Lynne some important-looking papers. There are conflicting reports that the papers were either a restraining order or an attorney’s letter stating that Lynne should stay away from the kids if she’s abusing prescription drugs.
Supposedly Britney has become super protective of her kids as of late, and she’s going overboard trying to take back control from people she feels have been in control of her. She’s still very upset about the whole rehab thing, including Lynne’s involvement in putting her away.
Other reports are saying that estranged husband Kevin Federline is refusing to sign divorce papers because he feels Britney isn’t up to the divorce agreement of sharing the kids 50-50. Others stories have alleged that Britney is the one who rescinded the filing because she wants her family back together.
I think Britney is becoming nuttier and nuttier, and K-Fed is doing the smart thing by not giving in so quickly to allowing Britney to have the kids 50% of the time. He’s probably making a case for full custody, and maybe he should get it. He’s turned out to be the sane one in all of this. Funny how that worked out.

I believe that Britney Spears should have custody of her kids.Even though she has been through a bit of a bad patch recently I still believe that she is a great mother to her kids. Britney has always been my Idol and I believe that she is a great singer. But all she needs to get her career back on track, is her kids. K-Fed is not only putting Britney through a lot with the custody battle but also her children. I would like to wish Britney good luck in the battle and hopefully she will not give up the fight and loose!
