Has Rosie O’Donnell managed to convince highly Republican, View co-host Elizabeth Hasselbeck that gay people aren’t the devil incarnate? Elizabeth sure made it sound that way. Of course, anyone having a one-on-one interview with a Logo Network personality had better say the right thing.
Hasselbeck was interviewed by former Big Brother contestant and host of Logo’s Round Trip Ticket, Will Wikle, and among other gay-friendly things, she challenged people who may not be big on gay rights to get to know some gay people. That’s all well and good, but she should take her own advice and get to know some parents who have lost kids in Iraq and get to know women who chosen to have abortions. Until then, I think it’s safe to say that’s she’s just afraid of Rosie.
