According to Page Six, Paula Zahn and real-estate mogul husband Richard Cohen are divorcing. Radaronline claims Paula is having an affair with ContiGroup CEO Paul Fribourg, who is married with children, also. But that’s only half of the story. What possibly could have pushed Paula into the arms of another man? An insider added,

“Things really started going downhill for Paula and Richard during the Pale Male and Lola incident.”

Remember that? Those were the two hawks in 2004 that were nesting in their swanky building and making a mess. Cohen was president of the co-op board, and he signed off on removing them. There was a huge outcry, including Mary Tyler Moore, who lived there at the time. I guess it’s hard to forgive something like that.
