Charlie’s Angel Farrah Fawcett has learned that her cancer has returned. In February, just in time for her 60th birthday, she got a clean bill of health, but just three months later during a routine checkup, doctors have found a malignant polyp. She’s reportedly considering different treatment options, including having a small metal “seed” implanted in the area that would emit radiation.

The National Enquirer picked up the story before Fawcett had a chance to tell some of her family members, and, in turn, her close friend Craig Nevius (also producer of reality show Chasing Farrah) had this to say about the tabloids:

“She didn’t have a chance to tell some of her family yet. It is now clear that the tabloids are as invasive and malignant as cancer.”
