Poor Harry. He’s not allowed to got to war, and now he’s not allowed to party! While his fellow soldiers are in Iraq, the ginger prince has been ordered to “lie low” and stay out of clubs. A royal source said yesterday:
It has been made clear that these drunken nights out are strictly off limits. Harry totally accepts how bad it would look for him to be out enjoying himself while others risk their lives.
God forbid, but you only have to imagine the front page if we had lost a Blues and Royal at the same time Harry was photographed out on the razzle.
We have no right to put Harry under a curfew or to stop him going out for a drink.
But he has been told the public would find it unacceptable to see pictures of him drunk outside nightclubs during the six months his men are away fighting.
It is just a case of him lying low and reining himself in until they home safe. He has been given a pep talk and totally accepts how he has to behave and exactly why.
He remains extremely disappointed by the frontline ban — and now he has had his wings clipped as well.”
I guess that party recently really was a send-off party of sorts…six months without drunken stupors for this wild royal will be like going to a desert land. At least his girlfriend Chelsy Davy has canceled her summer vacation to be with him instead.
