I’m not an expert in family law and custody fights, but I think that the courts like to keep the kids with the mother when possible. Well, Men in Trees’ star, Anne Heche, has lost custody of five-year-old son Homer to her estranged husband Coley Laffoon.

They’ve been fighting for custody recently, and it had gotten ugly. He said that she was delusional, and she said that he liked watched porn. In the end, he won, and that makes me think that Heche is still completely insane. She gets the kid on alternating weekends, and she has to pay child support. Laffoon requested $33,000 a month in spousal and child support, but a source said that he got significantly less.
